Commercial Construction Superintendent Job Description We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate subcontractors, manage scheduling, order materials, and collaborate closely with Project Managers. Experience with Procore is a must, and prior supervision of commercial building projects valued between $10M-$30M is highly preferred. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage subcontractors effectively. Read and interpret architectural drawings accurately. Order and track project materials efficiently. Manage scheduling and ensure timely project completion. Perform field surveying and layout activities for sitework and vertical construction projects. Utilize GPS rover equipment for construction staking, as-built surveys, grading layout, and foundation layout. Work closely with Project Managers, owners, and field personnel. Essential Skills Procore experience Construction management skills Site construction expertise Blueprint reading proficiency Experience managing subcontractors Safety management capabilities Additional Skills & Qualifications Stable work history within the construction industry Experience ordering and tracking project materials Carpentry experience preferred Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
