Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction management principles. This role requires effective communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure project goals are met. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring all work is completed efficiently. Utilize construction management software such as Jobber for project tracking and reporting. Enforce safety regulations and quality control measures on-site to maintain compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with project managers to develop contracts and manage procurement processes. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Experience Proven experience in construction management or a related field, with a strong understanding of pipeline construction processes. Equipment operating experience required Active/valid drivers license required Familiarity with budgeting practices and contract management is essential. Proficiency in using construction management software, including Jobber. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
