Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced Job Site Foreman to lead and oversee construction projects. This role involves managing daily operations on-site, coordinating teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules. Responsibilities Job site foreman position for the Morgantown and surrounding areas (WV and PA). Work to include dirt projects, pipeline projects, refuse site projects, etc. MSHA surface site experience preferred. MSHA surface certified preferred. MSHA surface training (5000-23) for coal preferred. Salary based on experience and certifications. Has to be able to pass a urine and hair follicle drug test upon employment. Job truck and fuel card to be provided. Hotels for travel will be provided. Ability to start immediately. Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, and uphold quality control standards. Manage construction schedules, track progress, update project timelines, and adjust plans as necessary for seamless workflow. Lead safety meetings, enforce
