At Jet Clean, we're building more than a cleaning company—we're building a team that sets a new standard through professionalism, hospitality, and exceptional service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations & Training Manager who can help lead that growth from the front. This is a salaried leadership position for someone who enjoys developing people, solving problems, improving systems, and leading by example. You'll spend time in the field working alongside crews, training employees, supporting job sites, and ensuring our teams have the tools and direction they need to succeed. We aren't looking for someone to simply manage people. What You'll Do Lead commercial janitorial and post-construction cleaning crews. Train, mentor, and develop all new team members. Create consistency by reinforcing company standards and procedures. Build systems that help crews operate efficiently and confidently. Keep teams productive, organized, and moving forward throughout the day. Step in to support staffing needs, call-offs, vacations, and unexpected scheduling changes. Conduct quality inspections and coach employees for continued growth. Communicate professionally with clients and represent Jet Clean on job sites. Coordinate with office staff regarding schedules, staffing, supplies, and project needs. Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and team performance. Lead with a positive attitude while helping build a strong company culture. We're Looking For Someone Who... Naturally leads and motivates others. Takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do. Stays calm under pressure and adapts quickly to changing priorities. Enjoys training others and helping people grow. Is organized, dependable, and solutions-focused. Can confidently manage multiple projects and crews. Is willing to work alongside the team when needed. Has previous supervisory or leadership experience (commercial cleaning or construction experience is a plus).
