  • 130K base salary Annual performance bonus plus 3-4% profit sharing Blue Cross Blue Shield medical with HSA 3-4 weeks PTO (based on experience) Family-oriented, no-ego culture focused on teamwork and developing leaders Immediate opportunity to lead diverse commercial projects across Wyoming Temporary project housing/RV accommodations provided when travel is required About the Role An established commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution while partnering closely with field leadership to deliver high-quality projects safely and on schedule. What You'll Do Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial performance Lead communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project milestones are achieved Partner with Superintendents to successfully execute projects Conduct project meetings, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships Review project documentation, contracts, and reporting Support business development efforts and build long-term client relationships What We're Looking For 2+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor Project Engineers or Assistant Superintendents ready to step into a PM role are encouraged to apply Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Fieldwire, or similar construction software Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Team-first mentality with a collaborative, no-ego approach Preferred Experience Commercial construction projects Municipal, healthcare, aviation, or occupied renovation experience Ground-up construction Precast concrete experience is a plus Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who understands Wyoming's work ethic and culture. Candidates who currently live in Wyoming or have previously lived and worked in the state will be strongly preferred. Travel:
Occasional project travel throughout Northern Wyoming with temporary housing provided as needed. #PEG2
