Job Description

LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FIELD PROJECT MANAGER
• New Position A growing landscape company is looking for a hands-on Field Project Manager to lead construction crews on high-end projects ranging from $300K to $1.5M. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, love seeing a project through from dirt to done, and can command a job site as confidently as you can run a meeting — this role was built for you. The work Primarily high-end residential (80%) with commercial mixed in (20%, mostly hotels). Projects span hardscape, softscape, and tree installation — often complex, multi-phase jobs running anywhere from one month to two years. You'll manage 15 active projects in various phases at any given time. What's in it for you $85,000-$125,000 base salary Annual bonus up to 15% based on company profit and performance Company truck to take home, laptop, iPad, gas card, and cell phone Standard paid holidays plus three weeks paid vacation In-house mechanic on site Assistance with relocation Who they're looking for Landscape construction management experience preferred; will consider other crew-based construction management (pavers, concrete, etc.) Strong multitasker who can juggle multiple active projects without losing the details Professional, respectful, and client-ready Bilingual is a huge plus Please submit your resume knowing it will be held in confidence.
