Project Manager Jackson Wyoming Relocation Assistance Available A highly respected commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in the Jackson Hole area. This is an opportunity to work on some of the region's most visible and complex commercial projects while enjoying one of the most desirable mountain communities in the country. Position Overview The Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful execution of schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations. This individual will work closely with ownership, field leadership, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional projects. Responsibilities Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities Negotiate and manage subcontractor and vendor agreements Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and billing Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Identify and resolve project challenges proactively Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience Experience managing ground-up commercial projects Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and risk management Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
