Partner Requirements:

To maintain the quality of our professional network, all partners must meet the following:

Certification/Licensing:

Must be a licensed home inspector (per state requirements) or hold an active certification from ASHI or InterNACHI.

Insurance:

Must carry General Liability insurance (Professional/Personal Liability alone is not accepted).

Business Setup:

Must operate as a business owner or sole proprietor (1099).

Tools:
