Home Inspector - Troy/Greenville Area WIN Home Inspection - Troy is seeking an Alabama-licensed Home Inspector to join our growing team and serve clients throughout the Troy, Greenville, and surrounding areas. This position may be part-time or full-time and offers competitive commission-based pay. The Home Inspector will conduct thorough residential and commercial property inspections, document findings, and clearly communicate inspection results to clients and real estate professionals. Inspectors work independently in the field while representing WIN Home Inspection with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service. We provide professional insurance coverage, inspection tools, company apparel, technology needed to perform inspections and follow-ups, and continued education and training. This is an opportunity to join an established, veteran-owned inspection company committed to quality service and serving our local communities. Current Alabama Home Inspector License Dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Excellent customer service and communication skills with clients and real estate professionals Ability to climb ladders, navigate roofs, and enter attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas Ability to lift approximately 40-50 pounds Ability to successfully pass a background check Willingness to sign a required non-disclosure agreement Previous home inspection, construction, contracting, or building experience is a plus, but not required
