Job Description

Position Summary The Compliance Inspector serves as the field representative for the Community Liaison and assists in maintaining community standards throughout Forest Highlands. This position conducts inspections, monitors construction activity, documents observations, performs follow-up inspections, and assists with compliance-related initiatives. The Compliance Inspector serves as the "eyes in the field" and provides accurate, timely, and objective documentation to support community compliance efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Compliance Inspections Conduct routine inspections throughout the community. Identify potential violations of governing documents, Development Standards, and Rules. Document observations with photographs and detailed notes. Conduct follow-up inspections on open compliance cases. Construction Monitoring Monitor active construction sites and remodeling projects. Observe contractor compliance with community requirements. Report concerns regarding site cleanliness, parking, debris, and project activity. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate inspection records. Upload photographs and documentation into designated tracking systems. Assist in tracking open violations and compliance deadlines. Provide reports and updates to the Community Liaison. Community Support Interact professionally with homeowners, contractors, guests, and staff. Direct questions regarding compliance matters to the Community Liaison. Represent Forest Highlands in a positive and professional manner. Required Qualifications Strong observational skills. Ability to work independently. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to walk, drive, and inspect properties throughout the community. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Hours:
Part-Time, approximately 20 hours per week Preferred Qualifications HOA, compliance, inspection, construction, property management, or related experience. Familiarity with mobile technology and reporting software. Experience documenting and tracking field observations.
