In this energetic position, you will conduct comprehensive inspections of homes, identify potential issues, and provide detailed reports to clients. Your expertise will help homeowners make informed decisions and maintain high standards within the housing market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your construction knowledge and inspection skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Perform thorough inspections of residential properties, assessing structural components, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units. Analyze construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and contracts to understand project specifications and identify discrepancies. Conduct quality control and quality inspection checks to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements. Collect detailed data during inspections using standardized forms and digital tools to ensure accurate reporting. Identify construction site issues or deficiencies by examining construction sites or existing structures for adherence to design specifications. Communicate findings clearly through comprehensive reports highlighting areas of concern and recommended actions for homeowners or clients. Collaborate with construction management teams when necessary to review construction progress or address compliance issues related to pipelines or other infrastructure elements. Skills Strong understanding of construction processes, site safety protocols, and quality inspection techniques. Excellent analysis skills to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately. Proven experience in construction inspection or site management with a focus on quality control. Ability to collect and organize data efficiently using digital tools or manual methods for detailed reporting. Knowledge of contracts, building codes, and regulatory standards relevant to residential construction. Familiarity with pipeline systems and infrastructure components within residential properties. Effective communication skills for explaining technical findings clearly to clients and team members.
