Job Description

Non Union Special Inspector - Greater Bay Area, CA Twining Consulting, Inc., an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company is seeking an Inspector to work based out of our Concord office. Candidate must be self-starting, be proactive, focus and detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
Report preparation of special inspections per CBC and in accordance with approved project documents. Qualifications (1 or more of the following): Nuclear gauge usage certification. ACI Field Technician Grade 1 License. ACI Post Installed Anchors is a plus. ICC Soils Inspector License is a plus. ICC Reinforced Concrete License. ICC Structural Steel Welding and Bolting License. ICC Structural Masonry License. ICC Spray-applied Fireproofing License. AWS Certified Welding Inspector License is a plus. ICC Pre Stress/Post Tension is a plus. ICC Commerical/Residential Building Inspector is a plus. Immediate opportunities to work in Sacramento, Hayward, Oakland, San Francisco, Monterey, Sunnyvale, American Canyon, Santa Clara, and Vallejo. Excellent benefits package including medical, dental and 401(k) Plan. Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
