Position Overview:

We are currently hiring an Inspection Runner Technician to support our construction team. This position is responsible for coordinating and running city inspections, delivering paperwork, assisting with job site preparation, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. Responsibilities:

Schedule and attend city inspections Transport plans and permits to city offices Communicate with inspectors and relay information to project managers Assist with light job site duties as needed Pick up and deliver materials when required Maintain organized inspection records and documentation

Requirements:

Valid California driver's license (required) Clean driving record Reliable transportation Basic knowledge of construction (preferred but not required) Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Professional communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
