Job Description

Position Overview McAfee Safety Analysis, Inc. is seeking a California-certified Lead Inspector / Risk Assessor to support a federal pre-demolition hazardous materials survey project involving multi-facility sampling and documentation activities. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities Conduct lead-based paint inspections Support TCLP metals sampling activities Assist with hazardous materials identification prior to demolition Document inspection findings in accordance with regulatory requirements Coordinate with laboratory partners for sample analysis Support preparation of technical survey reports Assist project team with compliance documentation Minimum Qualifications Active California Lead Inspector or Lead Risk Assessor certification Experience supporting hazardous materials or demolition surveys Knowledge of federal facility inspection requirements preferred Experience with multi-facility survey environments preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting NASA, USACE, NAVFAC, or Department of Defense projects Experience supporting environmental compliance documentation Strong technical reporting experience Work Location California
