Pierre Landscape is seeking a detail-oriented Quality & Maintenance Associate to uphold our high standards for quality and maintenance. This role focuses on maintaining top standards across all maintenance and construction jobs while providing essential support to our field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all maintenance and construction jobs meet Pierre Landscape's high-quality standards. Support field crews with training, guidance, and clear communication of company policies and procedures. Conduct daily quality control inspections to verify work meets the highest standards. Inspect operational productivity procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency among crews. Perform regular job site visits to ensure crews have the tools and resources needed for effective performance. Confirm accurate completion of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and daily safety requirements, including stretching, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety meetings. Evaluate in-progress and completed work for quality and compliance, documenting findings with photos and videos. Report safety incidents, HR concerns, equipment issues, and material problems to the appropriate departments. Train crews to align with development plans and consistently follow installation and maintenance best practices. Collaborate with management to refine and update processes, providing actionable feedback. Act as a bridge between field and office operations, ensuring seamless communication and workflows. Maintain a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record and drive safely, abiding by all traffic laws and regulations during site visits.
Required Skills:
Proficient in English (read, write, and understand); bilingual in Spanish is required. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational excellence. Strong follow-up and follow-through skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple priorities.
Schedule & Location:
Field-based position requiring job site visits at least 4 days per week.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay $24- $29 hourly plus bonus Paid vacation, sick leave, and holiday time off. Comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) with 4% match.
