Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Property Inspector & Field Support specialist, where you will play a vital role in ensuring property quality, safety, and compliance across various sites. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on inspection work with field support activities, helping maintain high standards in short term rentals, second homes and property management. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will contribute to the seamless operation of our high quality property management services. Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. Drive to all properties Available for scheduled visits to client properties for inspections. Ability to work within software systems including: Google calendar, Safety Culture inspection App Great communication with main office On-call (extra pay) every other week for emergency calls Prior experience in property management inspections a plus A reliable vehicle with AWD/4WD for winter driving Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and collaborating with team members.
