As one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial roofing contractors in the United States, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Estimator / Inspector to join our thriving Service Division. What You'll Do As a Commercial Roofing Service Estimator / Inspector, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to our customers while providing the technical expertise needed to support commercial roof service, repair, and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities Conduct commercial roof inspections and site evaluations Assess existing roof conditions and identify repair, maintenance, and service needs Collect field measurements, photographs, and technical data required for estimating Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and service proposals Develop detailed scopes of work for service and repair projects Obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing when needed Evaluate labor, material, equipment, and project execution requirements Present findings, recommendations, and solutions to customers Collaborate closely with Service Managers, Operations teams, and field personnel Participate in pre-job planning and post-project reviews Analyze estimated versus actual costs to improve future pricing accuracy Maintain organized project documentation and service records Qualifications 2-5+ years of commercial roofing or related commercial construction experience Experience preparing service estimates and proposals Strong understanding of roofing systems, repair methodologies, and maintenance programs Ability to read specifications, work orders, and technical documentation Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (DOE) - full-time, salaried position Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance Company-provided computer and phone 401(k) with employer contribution Year-round work Be part of a national industry leader that values professionalism, growth, and team success.
