Job Description At Atlas, we're providing services that enable communities to flourish and thrive, and if you're a CMT Inspector ready to interact on a daily basis with owner and the contractor team to inspect active work project(s), prepare daily reports and data sheets and occasionally be called upon to perform various tasks to meet our client's project goals, then this is your moment. Core Responsibilities Clearly communicate with the site representative regarding project specific recommendations. Field observation and testing. Writing detailed reports summarizing test results and observations. Inform field representatives of observation and test results. Communicate with managers Show commitment as a team player, Organize work and manage time effectively. You'll thrive here if you have High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license, pass MVR Background check. The successful candidate should have 3+ years of inspection/CMT experience. Ability to follow Construction Site Safety Precautions. Pass a pre-employment Drug Test. Ability to travel within Colorado 20-80% of the time. ACI Field I ICC certifications desired: Reinforced Concrete, Pre-stressed Concrete, Structural Masonry, Structural Steel/Welding, Fireproofing, and/or Commercial Building Inspector. Technical Writing skills for inspection reports. Must be able and willing to work some weekends and occasional overtime. Must have strong communications skills and be computer savvy - (Word and Excel) and able to add and use Apps on a smart phone or tablet. Ability to read, analyze and interpret design plans, project instructions and write daily reports. Must be able to pass a background check for clearance to work on military installations.
