About us Elite Home Inspections is a small business in Fort Myers, FL. We are professional and our goal is to Assist Home Buyers/Sellers/ Home owners, All Access Home inspetions, From full pre sales Home inspections, construction inspections, Buyers Home inspection, wind mitigation and four points insurance inspections..
Our work environment includes:
Relaxed atmosphere Flexible working hours Our team of Home Inspectors are responsible for conducting thorough inspections on residential and commercial properties. You will provide real estate agents with valuable information about a property's safety and habitability as well as expert recommendations for repair or remedy. We are looking for experienced professionals who are great communicators, have a desire to excel in the home inspection field, and have the ability to explain repairs in detail.
Responsibilities:
Complete the inspection report for a real estate transaction. Inspect and verify the structural and aesthetic features of the house that you are inspecting. Ensure that the information in the report is accurate and complete. Check for harmful substances around the house and make sure that no dangers are present. Check for any code violations at the property you are inspecting.
