Full-time Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough roof inspections (2-3 sites per day). Evaluate commercial and residential roofing systems. Capture clear, detailed photographs documenting roof conditions. Accurately identify roofing issues, anomalies, and potential risks. Provide professional recommendations based on inspection findings. Complete detailed post-inspection reports. Use CRM systems daily (JobNimbus, CompanyCam). Support Sales Representatives by providing OSHA-compliant ladder assistance when required. Safely operate and handle a 40-ft ladder. Requirements 3+ years of roofing experience (Required). Good English communication skills. Good Spanish communication skills. Must have access to a vehicle capable of transporting a 32-inch ladder. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Knowledge of roofing systems and inspection tools. Familiarity with inspection software and CRM systems. Effective communication and professional field presence. Qualifications Strong observational and analytical skills. Ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations. Ability to follow structured inspection processes. OSHA safety awareness and ladder operation capability. Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
