We specialize in 4-point, wind mitigation, and full home inspections for homeowners, buyers, and insurance agents throughout the Treasure Coast. Requirements:
Florida Home Inspector License - active license required, or currently in progress toward licensure General liability/E&O insurance - currently insured, or willing to obtain before starting Reliable personal vehicle Own ladder, moisture meter, and standard home inspection tools/equipment Smartphone capable of running inspection reporting software Professional appearance and strong communication skills with clients and agents Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule Experience with 4-point and wind mitigation inspections preferred
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
