Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, detailed-oriented Florida Licensed Standard Residential Inspector to join our growing Third-Party Private Provider Inspection Team as we embark on unprecedented growth and expansion. The Licensed Inspector will be responsible for conducting comprehensive residential inspections to verify compliance with the Florida Building Code and approved plans to ensure safety and quality of the property. Come be a part of our dynamic and highly respected team of licensed professionals.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed field inspections for compliance with state and local building codes.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records, inspection results, test results and any other documentation pertaining to municipal required inspections.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, residents and all other stakeholders explaining the inspection findings and their implications, construction best practices, codes, standards and local ordinances.
  • Foster and develop a strong professional relationship with Construction Managers, tradesman, municipal building department staff and personnel.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Florida building codes, regulations and standards to ensure compliance during inspections.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities Include the
Following:
  • Assisting with other service lines including but not limited to Quality Assurance Inspections, compaction testing, etc.

  • Engineering Field Team Manager
