We are seeking a trustworthy and reliable home inspector to join our team in the Ft Lauderdale area. This candidate will mostly perform 4 point and Wind mitigation inspections for insurance purposes. This opportunity offers great compensation and the freedom and flexibility to create your own schedule. The ideal candidate will need to have 2-3 days of availability to begin with the potential to reach full time. The ideal candidate must possess the following:
  • Must have proper communication skills and be able to interact with clients on a daily basis.
  • Must be professional and responsible.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Must have own transportation to and from inspection sites in service area ( Palm Beach, Broward, Martin, and St Lucie Counties.)
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be tech savvy and have smart phone, as inspections are completed on phone.
  • Must have the ability to lift ladders, maneuver in attics, and crawl spaces that sometimes are dirty. Kneeling, stooping, standing, and climbing up and down ladders is a requirement.
  • Must be held responsible for completing and sending inspection reports.
  • Residential construction experience a plus but not necessary.
  • Currently holds a state home inspector license or certification a plus but not necessary.
Training will be provided to candidate. Candidate will be paid as Independent Contractor, and will be paid by the job. Pay day will be bi-weekly via direct deposit. Once full time, candidate has the opportunity to make $70,000+
