$1,000 per week + weekly fuel allowance About MultiNest Services MultiNest Services LLC provides turnkey services for multifamily communities, including apartment painting, cleaning, resurfacing, repairs, maintenance support, and unit turns. We are committed to delivering consistent quality, reliable communication, and move-in-ready results for every apartment we service. Position Overview We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to inspect completed apartment units and projects throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all assigned work meets MultiNest's standards before it is delivered to the property. This is a hands-on field position. In addition to inspecting and documenting completed services, the specialist may occasionally need to perform minor painting touch-ups, adjustments, or basic repairs to ensure the apartment is fully completed and move-in ready. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed quality control inspections of completed apartment units and projects
  • Inspect painting, cleaning, resurfacing, repairs, and other unit-turn services
  • Ensure completed work meets MultiNest's quality and presentation standards
  • Identify incomplete work, deficiencies, and workmanship concerns
  • Submit clear and timely reports with written notes and photo documentation
  • Perform minor painting touch-ups, adjustments, and basic repairs when needed to finalize a unit
  • Coordinate necessary corrections with field professionals and confirm completion
  • Help train and retrain field teams based on recurring quality issues
  • Maintain proactive communication with management and operations
  • Communicate professionally with property management teams when required
  • Help ensure that every completed apartment is clean, functional, and move-in ready
  • Participate in operational and strategy meetings as needed Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Hands-on knowledge of painting, drywall, apartment maintenance, and basic repairs
  • Ability to identify and correct minor workmanship issues
  • Previous experience in multifamily housing, apartment turns, maintenance, construction, painting, repairs, or quality control is preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to take clear photos and prepare accurate inspection reports
  • Comfortable using mobile applications to manage assignments and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel between assigned apartment communities throughout the Atlanta area Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate takes ownership of the final result and does more than simply identify problems.

This person understands what a move-in-ready apartment should look like, communicates clearly with the team, and is willing to address small issues when doing so allows the unit to be completed correctly and on time. Independent Contractor Status This position is structured as an independent contractor relationship. The selected contractor will be responsible for their own federal and state taxes, insurance, licenses, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
