Now Hiring - Electrical Quality Inspector Ranew's Companies is seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Inspector to join our team in Milner, GA. This position serves as the final checkpoint on the assembly floor, ensuring all electrical installation meets design standards and customer requirements prior to shipment. Job Description The Electrical Quality Inspector oversees quality throughout the build process and is ideal for a mid-level professional who prides themselves on workmanship and understands commercial electrical standards. This role also coaches and supports the assembly team to maintain consistency, accuracy, and overall build quality. We are only accepting applicants with 2+ years of commercial electrical or control panel experience.

K Electrical Quality Inspector Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Serve as the final quality checkpoint on the assembly floor prior to shipment. Inspect electrical installations against design specifications, schematics, BOMs, and wiring standards. Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and panel layouts. Identify quality issues, document findings, and communicate corrective actions clearly. Coach and support the assembly team to maintain consistency, accuracy, and overall build quality. Uphold workmanship standards and drive continuous improvement throughout the production process. Strong understanding of control panel wiring, assembly, and testing processes. 2+ years of experience in commercial electrical, control panel wiring, quality inspection, or related industrial manufacturing environment required. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and craftsmanship. Strong communication skills with ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship. Experience with quality systems, corrective actions, or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
