Field Resource Leader Purpose:
The purpose of this job project is to learn the fundamentals of building and assist the project team to ensure quality work is performed in a timely and cost-effective manner. What you'll do: Work with superintendent and foreman to learn building fundamentals and codes Aid superintendent and project manager with project budgeting, bidding, buyouts, procurement log, RFIs, and certifications of occupancies Provides input in Pre and 1st Installation Verification meetings with trade partners Complete procurement log and submittals in a timely manner Ensure equipment and material arrive at the jobsite per schedule Promote, enforce, and train trade partners on Graham's safety policies Conducts safety walks and reports Works closely with Superintendent and Project Manager to learn labor and material reports and able to accurately analyze the available money and manpower for specific work activities Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Outlook Follow Graham Core Processes, including jobsite checklists Maintain great relationships with owners/clients, architects, trade partners, and other industry representatives All other duties as assigned What knowledge, Skills, & Abilities you'll bring: Bachelor's degree in construction management/related degree (preferred), associate degree in construction management or equivalent field experience Great verbal and written communication skills Extremely detail-oriented Strong leadership skills Legal Requirements Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary Valid driver's license Ability to pass post-offer employment testing Ability to pass a post-offer drug test Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
