The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing QA/QC Inspector to support a large-scale data center construction project. In this role, you will inspect plumbing and piping installations throughout the construction process to ensure all work complies with project drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and established quality standards. You will document deficiencies, coordinate corrective work, and track quality issues through final resolution and acceptance. This is an excellent opportunity for a plumbing or piping professional with strong field knowledge, attention to detail, and experience maintaining quality on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects. What you'll do: Inspect plumbing and piping installations throughout all phases of construction Verify completed work against project drawings, specifications, approved submittals, and applicable plumbing codes Read and interpret plumbing drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and other construction documents Perform visual inspections and identify incomplete, deficient, or non-conforming work Document inspection findings and communicate quality concerns to field leadership Witness and review pressure testing, flushing, start-up, and system commissioning activities Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, punch lists, and other QA/QC documentation Coordinate corrective work with plumbing crews, field supervisors, and project leadership Track deficiencies and punch-list items through completion and final acceptance Work closely with project management, commissioning teams, subcontractors, and other trades Help maintain consistent quality standards across all plumbing and piping installations What we're looking for: Strong commercial or industrial plumbing and piping experience Previous QA/QC, quality inspection, or field inspection experience preferred Ability to read and interpret plumbing drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and related construction documents Working knowledge of plumbing codes, testing requirements, and construction quality standards Experience identifying, documenting, and tracking deficiencies or non-conforming work Strong written documentation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to coordinate effectively with field crews, supervisors, project management, and commissioning personnel Data center, mission-critical, or other complex construction experience is a plus
