$31.25-$38.75/hr + Per Diem Eligibility Make an Impact on Critical Infrastructure Projects We're seeking an experienced Right of Way Agent to support utility and infrastructure projects that power and connect communities. This field‑based role offers competitive pay, growth potential, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on high‑visibility energy projects. What You'll Do Partner with the ROW Supervisor to support acquisitions and field activities. Meet with landowners and tenants to secure entry permissions and negotiate easements, fee interests, damages, and curative documents. Review survey drawings, alignment sheets, and property valuations. Maintain accurate contact logs, payment records, and weekly reports. Support construction teams while ensuring safety and documentation compliance. What You Bring Experience in right of way, real estate, utilities, or land acquisition. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of easements, permitting, and property valuation. Eminent domain experience preferred. IRWA designation or Notary certification a plus.
