GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
The Continuing Education division supports a Department Coordinator role within the Corporate Training department. This role is responsible for coordination and administrative support to the Corporate Training Director, and tasks as assigned for the Corporate Training team. This position requires strong customer service orientation, professional administrative assistance ability, and attention to detail. A degree of independent judgment, adaptability, and cooperation with other college employees and departments is expected. The individual must possess the ability to work as a member of a team. Will perform related work as required. The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the day-to-day needs of the Director of Corporate Training, including but not limited to scheduling, correspondence, logistical assistance, reconciling expenses, and project implementation Support Corporate Training products by managing sales tracking, material preparation, and sending email notifications to attendees for upcoming sessions Serve as backup support for the Executive Administrative Assistant, Financial Program Manager, and Building Coordinators, including responsibilities related to instructor invoices, LOA and SOW coordination, part-time payroll processing, meeting coordination, budget approvals, agenda development and meeting notes, and administrative assistance for business liaisons as needed. Management of Corporate Training email and general phone line Collection and management of Corporate Training documents and data that are accessible for team members Build classes in Lumens software system for products and update class IDs through programs such as Salesforce and additional Informational sheets Collect processing invoices for products (including catering and independent instructors) Manage supply ordering and inventory for products and department as needed Coordinate product support activities for Corporate Training programs, including certificate preparation, binder assembly, product registration, print materials, and participant evaluations. Process part-time instructor payroll as well as independent contractor invoices. Process all other requests for reimbursement including materials and supplies. Create coaching registrations, certificates, correspondence, instructional materials, and mailing labels Oversee Corporate Training opportunities, including class creation, salesforce systems, onboarding, conference assistance, proposal development, and contract preparation. Develops instructor contracts and letters of agreement and prepares class packets, materials, and training handouts. Support implementation of inclement weather policies and procedures through timely communication and coordination efforts Assist with expense coding and budget updates Additional duties as assigned that will support the Corporate Training Team

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH/WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalency required. Any combination of clerical and/or post-high school training equivalent to three years of full-time experience OR an appropriate associate degree.
