$18-$20 per hour (depending on experience)Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal Property Inspector to assist during the busy summer leasing season. This position focuses primarily on conducting move-in and move-out property inspections , documenting property conditions, and assisting with related inspection research and administrative tasks. This role includes both field work at rental properties and office-based review of inspection reports, photos, and documentation . The ideal candidate is organized, observant, and comfortable working independently while maintaining accurate records.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections at residential rental properties Document property conditions through detailed notes and clear photographs Complete and submit inspection reports accurately and promptly Compare move-in and move-out reports to identify damages or changes Assist with research related to inspections , including reviewing leases, inspection forms, photos, and notes Coordinate with property management staff regarding inspection findings Maintain organized inspection records and documentation Enter inspection data and notes into internal systems Assist with reviewing work orders or past repairs when needed to verify property conditionsQualifications:
Strong attention to detail and observation skills Ability to work both in the field and in an office environment Comfortable documenting and reporting property conditions clearly Good organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills and ability to work with digital inspection reports Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Previous experience with property inspections, property management, maintenance, or housing inspections is a plus but not requiredSchedule:
Full-time seasonal position Approximately 40 hours per week Expected duration: April/May throughSeptember/October Compensation:
