We're growing and looking for a licensed, experienced Illinois home inspector who's ready to hit the ground running.

What We Need:

Active Illinois Home Inspector license — required, no exceptions Minimum 100 completed paid inspections — include your count in your application Professional, reliable, and responsive — clients and agents expect prompt communication Your own vehicle and basic hand tools You'll learn our Spectora-based reporting system quickly. If you're already licensed and experienced, you'll be running independently within weeks, not months. This is a meritocracy — you build your book, you earn more. Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough, professional home inspections using our Spectora-based reporting system Perform ancillary services, including radon testing, sewer scope, mold inspection, and WDO/pest inspection Generate detailed, professional inspection reports that meet client and agent expectations Communicate promptly and professionally with clients and real estate agents Maintain accurate records and documentation for all inspections Build and manage your own book of business with established referral network support Deliver exceptional customer service that maintains our reputation for quality

Qualifications:
