Inspector OSP Construction

We are looking for underground telecommunication inspectors to join our team long term. The project footprint for this role is primarily in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan. Our head quarters is located at 7020 Southbelt Drive SE Caledonia

MI 49316.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Telecommunication Construction Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Telecom OSP construction oversight and quality inspection, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations. And be able to travel out of town for 1-2 weeks at a time.

Duties:

• Conduct on-site inspections of telecommunication construction jobsites to ensure adherence to scope of work, safety standards, and project plans
• Review construction plans, blueprints, and inspection criteria to verify accuracy and compliance
• Perform quality control checks on plan versus actual
• Collect and analyze data related to progress, quality, and compliance
• Communicate findings and recommendations to project supervisor, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor construction sites for safety hazards and regulatory compliance

Experience:

• Familiarity with telecommunication construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Knowledge of quality control/inspection procedures and practices
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in telecom or pipeline inspection or related infrastructure projects
