No prior inspection experience or Home Inspection background is required—we'll train you from the ground up. We provide paid, hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, and ongoing support as you develop both your technical inspection skills and your ability to educate clients with confidence. We're looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are far more important to us than previous industry experience. This is a performance-based position with competitive pay and excellent earning potential. As your skills, efficiency, and experience grow, so does your income. Paid licensing and certifications are provided when applicable, along with mileage reimbursement when eligible.
