Job Overview:

Consolidated Services is seeking a Field Inspector to provide daily onsite oversight. This position serves as the eyes and ears of the Program Manager and is responsible for monitoring construction activities, documenting progress, and identifying non-compliant work. The ideal candidate will have strong field experience, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Hours may need to be flexible based on construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily onsite presence during active construction Observe and document contractor and subcontractor activities Verify work complies with construction drawings, specifications, and approved submittals Identify and document deficiencies, including improper installation, surface preparation issues, and non-compliant materials Prepare daily inspection reports including work performed, manpower, equipment onsite, weather, and photo documentation Maintain a running issues log and assist with punch list tracking Monitor general site conditions, sequencing of work, and overall progress Assist with inspections, walkthroughs, and project activities Communicate regularly with the Program Manager regarding site status and concerns

Pay:

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
