🍂 Conduct thorough inspections of commercial roofing systems to ensure safety, quality, and compliance. 🍂 Identify damage, defects, and wear on TPO, EPDM, metal, and other roofing @types. 🍂 Prepare detailed inspection reports with documentation, photos, and recommendations. 🍂 Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and insurance adjusters to maintain top-quality standards. 🍂 Represent the company as a trusted Commercial Roofing Inspector who ensures every roof meets manufacturer specs and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Experience as a Commercial Roofing Inspector , quality control specialist, or roofing project manager. ✅ Strong technical understanding of low-slope and flat roofing systems. ✅ Ability to identify issues before they become costly problems. ✅ Excellent communication and report-writing skills. ✅ HAAG, OSHA, or RRO certifications preferred but not required. ✅ A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
