This is a salaried role designed for inspectors who want stability, consistent support, and the ability to focus on delivering high-quality inspections. We are an established home inspection and environmental testing company serving the DMV and surrounding markets. Our full-time W-2 inspectors are provided with a company car or mileage reimbursement, company tools, operational support, and ongoing professional development so they can stay focused on delivering high-quality inspections. This is a full-time salaried position averaging approximately 40 hours per week. Our mission is to provide clients with clear, accurate information about their properties and practical insight into maintenance and repair needs. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform residential and commercial property inspections in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports with supporting photos, accurate comments, observations, and repair recommendations.
  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally in both verbal and written form.
  • Participate in company-designated training and continuing education. Benefits

  • Active home inspector license in Maryland or Virginia
  • Strong knowledge of residential systems and property conditions, including mechanical and electrical systems
