Conduct risk analysis by identifying potential vulnerabilities related to water damage, fire hazards, mold remediation, and other property risks. Apply loss control techniques and fraud prevention measures during inspections to ensure integrity and accuracy of assessments. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and insurance adjusters through clear communication to explain findings and recommend appropriate mitigation measures. Maintain detailed records of inspections using digital software and ensure all reports are complete and compliant with industry standards. Stay updated on workplace safety regulations, fire codes, OSHA standards, water damage restoration practices, construction inspection procedures, and relevant insurance policies. Requirements Proven experience in loss control or property inspection within the commercial insurance or construction industries. Strong knowledge of workers' compensation insurance policies, property insurance coverage, and risk management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for report writing and data analysis. Familiarity with GPS technology for accurate location tracking during field assessments. Ability to perform quantitative analysis and trend identification to evaluate risk patterns effectively. Experience using inspection tools such as measuring wheels, digital cameras for surveying sites, and specialized equipment for fire codes or mold remediation assessments. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and implementation practices for workplace safety compliance. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings clearly and professionally. Physical ability to conduct site visits that may involve walking long distances or navigating challenging environments; valid driver's license preferred.
