Join a growing team as a Certified Welding Inspector w you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of structural steel on commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on field position that offers variety each day, collaboration with industry professionals, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of complex builds across the region. • This is as full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits! $77k-82k per/year. What you'll do:
• Perform inspections , observations, and tests of structural steel during erection on commercial or civil construction sites
• Document findings accurately in accordance with accepted engineering practices
• Work closely with contractors, technicians, and project managers to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with project stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism in the field What we're looking for:
• 1-3 years of experience in construction and structural steel erection
• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification
• ICC High Strength Bolting certification
• Level II certifications in PT, MT, and UT in accordance with

ASNT SNT-TC-1A

• Strong knowledge of AWS and AISC specifications
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
• Have a reliable vehicle suitable for construction site travel
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Familiarity with additional standards (ANSI

B31.1, B31.9, AWS D1.5

) and other trades such as concrete, soils, fireproofing, and EIFS is a plus
