Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Quality Control professional to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across our construction projects. In this role, you will oversee quality assurance processes, conduct inspections, and collaborate with construction teams to uphold safety and regulatory standards. Your expertise will help deliver durable, safe, and compliant structures that meet project specifications and building codes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead quality initiatives on dynamic construction sites, ensuring excellence from start to finish. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans aligned with project specifications, construction plans, and regulatory requirements. Conduct thorough inspections of construction work, including structural systems, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components, to verify adherence to quality standards and building codes such as plumbing building codes, mechanical building codes, electrical building codes, and energy building codes. Interpret technical drawings and construction specifications to identify potential issues and ensure proper execution of construction plans. Manage data collection processes related to quality inspections, non-conformance reports, and compliance documentation using construction management software. Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality concerns promptly and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with federal construction safety regulations and construction regulations throughout all phases of the project. Lead team efforts in quality assurance activities, providing guidance on quality compliance management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site management with a strong focus on quality control management and construction inspection. Familiarity with construction management software tools for tracking inspections, documentation, and project progress. Deep understanding of building codes including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, structural systems, and energy standards. Ability to interpret technical drawings and analyze construction plans effectively. Strong knowledge of federal safety regulations and construction regulatory compliance requirements. Excellent analysis skills for identifying issues during quality inspections and implementing solutions efficiently. Demonstrated team leadership abilities with experience coordinating between multiple stakeholders on complex projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis purposes. Pay:
