Job Description
The City of Warren is accepting applications for the position of Electrical Inspector . This position performs difficult and skilled inspection of electrical installation to assure compliance with the City's ordinances.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited high school or G.
REQUIRED
with application- Four (4) years' experience in the installation of electrical systems.
- Must possess and maintain an Electrical Master's license.
REQUIRED
with application- Possess an Electrical Inspector's registration issued by the State of Michigan in compliance with Skilled Trades Registration Act 407 of 2016.
- Must become ICC certified in Residential Electrical Inspector and Commercial Electrical Inspector within six months of hire.
- Possession of a valid license to operate a motor vehicle in the State of Michigan.
- Driving record must meet city's standards for insurability.
Pay rate:
$74,723/year - $85,530/year (after 5 years) Excellent benefit package includes health, dental and life insurance, paid vacation and sick time.Apply:
