Description Horizon Roofing Inc. is hiring a Commercial Roofing Inspector to join our Team! This role focuses on inspecting commercial roofs and recommending repair solutions for building owners and property managers. Responsibilities Perform detailed roof inspections on commercial buildings for damage and system deficiencies Document findings with photos and reports Communicate repair recommendations to estimators and the service team Work with the service department and estimators to coordinate repairs Requirements Experience with commercial roofing systems preferred (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, modified bitumen) Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to safely access commercial roofs Valid driver's license Benefits Wage (based on experience) Paid Time Off & Paid Date Nights Health & Dental Insurance + Accident, Cancer/Critical Illness, and Short/Long-Term Disability $30,000 Life Insurance Automatic 3% Employer 401(k) contribution Referral & Training Bonuses Clothing Allowance & Sam's Club Membership
