Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Inspections Coordinator to schedule and conduct inspections for the St. Clair County Public Housing Authority across our 22 counties in Missouri we serve. You will coordinate inspection activities, ensure compliance of National Standards for the Physical Inspections of Real Estate (NSPIRE). Your expertise will help maintain quality standards, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure units meet the program requirements. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule inspections throughout the counties served. Obtain an NSPIRE certification within 180 days of employment. Work independently. Work in environmental conditions related to the inspections. Two years' experience or education in home inspections Familiarity with housing construction techniques, general carpentary, plumbing, and other aspects of single and multifamily home dwellings. Exceptional communication skills. A positive and professional attitude with clients and co-workers.
