Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our team. Candidates may be licensed inspectors or individuals willing to complete licensing and training. This position includes a paid training period, followed by transition into full-time compensation (salary or percentage-based pay). Responsibilities Perform residential home inspections (structure, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Produce detailed, easy-to-understand inspection reports Communicate findings clearly and professionally with clients and agents Follow company standards and inspection procedures Operate company vehicle safely and professionally Maintain strong attention to detail and time management Qualifications North Carolina Home Inspector License preferred South Carolina License a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable with technology and reporting software Valid driver's license with clean record Physically able to: Climb ladders Walk roofs Enter crawlspaces Lift up to 50 lbs Compensation & Benefits Paid training period Company vehicle provided Company phone Competitive compensation (salary or percentage-based after training) Growth opportunity within a structured, expanding company Supportive team environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief explanation of your interest in the position.
