We are seeking a licensed and qualified Termite / WDI Inspector who is motivated, coachable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering a five-star client experience on every inspection. This position requires all current licensure and certifications necessary to legally perform Wood-Destroying Insect inspections for real estate transactions in North Carolina. The selected candidate must be experienced, properly licensed, and able to perform WDI inspections independently in accordance with state requirements and company standards. This position also includes training to perform septic inspections. Once trained, septic inspections will become part of the inspector's job duties in addition to termite and WDI inspections. Responsibilities & Duties Must hold all required North Carolina licensure and certifications to perform WDI inspections. Conduct Wood-Destroying Insect inspections in accordance with North Carolina requirements, industry standards, and company procedures. Inspect residential properties for evidence of termites, wood-destroying insects, conducive conditions, previous treatment indicators, damage, and related concerns. Complete required WDI documentation (WDI-100) accurately, clearly, and in compliance with applicable standards. Follow Guardian Inspections' standards for accuracy, professionalism, client care, and report quality. Identify and clearly document visible and accessible conditions related to wood-destroying insects. Deliver detailed inspection reports using company-approved software and forms. Communicate findings clearly, professionally, and confidently to clients, realtors, and other parties involved. Maintain a high level of customer service and represent Guardian Inspections with integrity. Stay current with applicable regulations, licensing requirements, company standards, and inspection best practices. Complete company-provided training to perform septic inspections. Once trained, perform septic inspections as part of the inspector role. Inspect and document visible and accessible septic system components in accordance with company procedures and applicable standards. Communicate septic inspection findings clearly and professionally to clients and real estate professionals. Follow all company safety, reporting, documentation, and inspection procedures. Manage time effectively and meet reporting deadlines. Demonstrate a willingness to learn, improve, and receive coaching. for structures for sale Prior experience performing termite, pest, or WDI inspections. High-achieving, self-motivated, and committed to doing excellent work. Coachable and willing to follow company systems, standards, and procedures. Strong knowledge of termites, wood-destroying insects, conducive conditions, inspection procedures, and reporting requirements. Willingness and ability to complete septic inspection training and perform septic inspections as part of the position. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Professional, punctual, dependable, and client-focused. Comfortable using technology, mobile apps, and software. Able to work independently while staying aligned with company expectations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Positive attitude and desire to grow with a high-performing team. Position will start as 1099 until completion of training. Transportation, business gas card, and all tools are provided.Compensation:
Commensurate with qualifications and performance; $48,000 - $58,000 Opportunity to grow with the company as demand increases.Pay:
