Job Description

Roof Inspection Specialists Needed Across North Dakota Eberl Claims Service is looking for reliable, detail‑oriented Roof Inspection Specialists to support property claim assessments by capturing high‑quality exterior imagery and documentation in the field. You'll complete safe ladder‑based roof inspections, follow structured workflows, and provide accurate visual data for adjusters and review teams. You choose the assignments you want and set your own schedule once onboarding through our mobile app is complete. Work as much or as little as you prefer based on claim volume in your area.
Pay:
paid per inspection on weekly basis
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform roof, exterior, and interior inspections based on assigned scope Capture clear, labeled photos and basic sketches with measurements when required Document observable conditions such as staining, warping, bubbling, or other visible concerns Note and report any access limitations Complete full exterior perimeter inspection Submit all documentation within required timelines Maintain a professional, customer‑focused demeanor
Required Equipment:
Ladder and appropriate roof‑access safety gear High‑resolution mobile device or camera
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inspections, adjusting, roofing, construction, or restoration preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate field challenges Physically able to climb, kneel, bend, and lift up to 60 lbs Comfortable using mobile technology Strong time‑management and organizational skills Professional communication skills
