RENTAL HOUSING INSPECTOR AND CODE ENFORCEMENT INSPECTOR

- (FT OR PT) - LUMBERTON

TOWNSHIP.

Lumberton Township, Burlington Township is seeking a FT or PT Rental Housing Inspector and Code Enforcement inspector. Must be able to perform all required inspections. Must have good communication skills and be extremely organized. Perform a variety of field and office duties to ensure compliance with property maintenance and rental ordinances. Responsibilities include but not limited to conducting inspections of residential and commercial properties, investigating complaints, identifying and documenting code violations, preparing inspection reports, maintaining accurate records, and performing related duties as assigned. Salary for Part-time is $25hr - $30.25 an hour, Full-Time is $45,000 to $55,000 per year. Please submit letter of interest and resume.
