The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Experience Home Inspector License required. 5 years experience as a licensed home inspector is required. 3 years of proven experience in construction is preferred. Licensed Drone Pilot strongly preferred. Experience with Spectora is a plus. Duties Conduct comprehensive inspections of homes, including structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, roofing, and HVAC systems. Analyze inspection findings and prepare detailed reports outlining any issues or areas requiring attention. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in home inspection. Able to work in various weather conditions Able to access roofs and attics, climb ladders, and stand for long periods of time Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to maintain consistent quality unsupervised Understands the importance of exceptional customer service Flexible schedule is a must, including evenings and some weekends Professional and friendly conduct with clients and real estate agents Great attitude, presence, and energy Maintain a professional/clean appearance Join our team as a Home Inspector and contribute your expertise to ensuring safe, high-quality homes for our clients.
