The project is expected to start around November 1, 2026, and run through August 2028. We will need a seasoned inspector who can handle complex situations, coordinate with LaBella, the campus, and the contractor, and thoroughly understand construction details and methods. LaBella's multi-disciplinary team of architects, designers, engineers, land surveyors, managers, and environmental scientists work every day to make our world more functional, beautiful, and safe. Job Duties The Construction Inspector is responsible for construction observation and documentation on specific project site locations. Travel to field locations on a regular basis is expected, as well as construction document interpretation, field report preparation and record document preparation.
Salary Range:
$35.00 - $43.00 per hour The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. Requirements Prior relevant work experience and knowledge of roads, stormwater utilities, water and sanitary sewer line installations as well as storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) inspections. Minimum of 5- 7 years of Construction Inspection experience 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture Knowledge of erosion and sediment control installation and maintenance , preferred. OSHA 10-hour certification Microsoft Office experience a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional certification requirements maybe necessary.
