Inspector Aegeus Position Overview New opening for a Project-Based CWI Inspector in Syracuse/Albany, NY area. This position will be handling visual field work primarily on fabrication welds for natural gas pipelines and process piping. This position is project based work and will be working directly on the client site with minimal in office interaction. Come join a company that cares about you and your career! •Must be a US Citizen• This position offers a $1500.00 sign on bonus too! This is a local position to Syracuse/Albany, NY area.

The main duties include:

Perform internal and external inspections to determine if items under inspection meet the acceptance criteria of a specific code, standard or document. Conduct inspections on equipment at scheduled intervals to maintain the mechanical integrity of the equipment as qualified and assigned. Properly interpret regulations, codes, and industry standards. Company Perks Per Diem for out of town expenses Training & Development Programs Pay range for this position is between USD $50 to $60 per hour. Pay range for this job level is a general guideline only for States that enforces pay transparency and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
