For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com Responsibilities Inspect all material upon arrival at the job site to ensure accuracy Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with project specifications and building standards Review plans to identify potential issues Document inspections and report any issues Determine the quality of materials being used throughout the project Qualifications A B.S. Degree in engineering or construction management is preferred A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Construction Inspector, including inspection of site/civil, is required. OSHA 30 hr. Proficiency with submittal systems Construction scheduling knowledge to support the project team Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and procedures; Uniform Code and NYC Supplement is preferred Experience maintaining field and office records and performing quantity calculations Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications Collaborate with multiple team members
